(get it here)
Bath Bomb Mold (get it here)
This recipe will make about 4 half bombs, I choose not to do the full ball becase too often the halfs will fall apart from eachother and I don't like being frustrated like that.
To make,
Mix baking soda, citric acid and arrowroot in a bowl.
Add coconut oil
Add glycerine and essential oils
Mix well
Sprinkle in distilled water slowly, mixing and adding more until mixture just starts sticking together.
This mixture can be rolled into balls or pressed into a mold.
To add salts for color on top, sprinkle a little bit of salt into your mold,
press a bit of your bath bomb mixture into the salts to disperse them across the top of the mold
now add more mixture, pressing in firmly until your mold is full.
Smack your mold against the drying rack or counter top to pop out
Excellent!
Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
Let dry for 24-48 hours turn bath bombs on their side after a day of drying to dry the bottoms.
Wrap and gift or use!!!
